TERJA Community Unity Video Story Exchange Project Phases and Stages
Phase 1
Schools and groups register to be part of the project
Included are sports teams, organizations serving children and youth, after-school programs, and homeschooled children and youth.
Phase 2
Schools/Organizations are matched with those from other communities
Phase 3
TERJA facilitates the video story exchange process
Facilitation will include providing prompts, story exchange resources, links to curriculum and technical help and advice.
This will also include setting timeline for check-ins, drafts, and completed videos
Phase 4
Students create their videos and upload them to the TERJA Community Unity Video Hub
Students can create videos individually or in small teams (not more than 4)
Phase 5
Schools/organizations watch the videos from their partner schools/organizations
Schools will have access to partner videos through the TERJA community Unity Video Story Exchange hub. They will also have access to outlines for journal reflections and thoughts.
Phase 6
School partners meet via live stream to share thoughts about the videos
TERJA liaison will facilitate the meetings and document the thoughts and reflections.
Phase 7
Schools and their partners brainstorm possible solutions to any challenges or issues emerging from the story exchange

Ideas.
Phase 9
Student partners work together to create Video/videos showing the research, implementation process, and results.
TERJA liaison will facilitate the process through check-ins, providing any needed resources, and requesting drafts.
Phase 10
Videos are shared at our annual youth summit/film festival.
Students will have the option to attend the summit live or online (the event will be live-streamed and recorded).
