TARAJA (“Hope”) Mentorship

TARAJA Mentorship Program gives hope to TARAJA Youth and Children by empowering them through both formal and informal mentoring. Our Mentorship program is aimed at supporting young people to become citizens with value by matching them with accomplished female and male leaders from Kenya and USA to encourage character building, leadership, personal and professional growth, and overall career and workforce readiness and development.

We're looking for Mentors

Share your knowledge and experience with our mentees. We want to encourage talent, creativity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and service in the youth and children that we support. You Can Choose a One-to-One, One-to-Many, or a Many-to-Many Mentorship Option. This can be either through an online video call, phone call, or an after school meeting.

We invite you to get involved by signing up as our mentor!

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and mentors will be matched to the programs that best align with their experience.
