TERJA team at Lubinu girls and Namasanda Primary schools in Kenya
In December 2024, the TERJA USA team, accompanied by Trustee Cannon Teresa Osundwa, visited Lubinu Girls High School and Namasanda Primary School.
At Lubinu Girls High School, they spent time with two of the scholarship recipients, connecting with them and offering support.
At Namasanda Primary School, they spent an afternoon with the student storytellers, brainstorming and discussing various sustainable projects. They also planted trees, gifted the students with books and other educational items, and had the opportunity to share a meal and engage with the families of the storytellers, providing groceries to support them.
